Delivery Information

We strive to offer the best delivery service that we can - fast, secure and excellent value-for-money.

We charge for delivery because we want to give you the lowest prices on our products - websites offering free delivery recoup the cost elsewhere, hiding it in their product price. They are driven to use the lowest priced delivery providers and that invariably means an inferior service. It also means that as you buy more, you progressively pay more for your delivery. We prefer an open and up-front approach, offering a fair price for the service that we provide.

Due to high value of the products that we sell and the need for full traceability, we only use courier delivery for radio purchases.

Also, due to shipping regulations we are not permitted to send battery packs by Royal Mail.

Items shown as 'In stock' means that they are usually in stock with us, or our supplier. We will always ship your order at the earliest opportunity. However, if you need an item urgently please specify this in the order notes.
